How Does Healthy Circulation Fight Serious Diseases?

The circulatory system is among the most vital components of overall health,it connects all of your blood vessels, nourishes the various parts of your body, and collects waste material for removal. Ideally, healthy circulation would resemble a free-flowing river: quiet, clean, and turbulence-free.

Poor circulation, on the other hand, creates a condition of stagnation. This state is marked by "thickened" blood, due to hyperviscosity and high cholesterol. Stagnant blood also generates heat in the form of inflammation—the hallmark of a wide variety of chronic illnesses, including heart disease, Alzheimer's, and cancer.
